Sindh Healthcare Commission: Mandatory Registration & Licensing of Healthcare Establishments — Deadline 2026-09-30

Issuer: Sindh Healthcare Commission (SHCC). This public notice reminds all healthcare service providers and establishments in the Province of Sindh that registration and licensing are mandatory under Sections 13, 14 and 15 of the Sindh Healthcare Commission Act, 2013.

Who must comply: All healthcare service providers operating within Sindh — including doctors, Tabib, homeopathic practitioners, allied health professionals and other persons or organizations providing healthcare services through a facility (healthcare establishments/HCEs).

Required actions and deadlines:

- All unregistered healthcare establishments must initiate and complete the SHCC registration process by 2026-09-30.
- Healthcare establishments that have already obtained registration from SHCC must immediately begin the prescribed licensing process and ensure compliance with applicable standards, requirements and procedures.

Non-compliance: SHCC may initiate actions for non-compliance, including but not limited to penalty imposition and/or closure of the healthcare establishment.
