Issuer: Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (MoFEPT), Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) for prequalification of well-established, experienced and professionally competent consulting firms (including Joint Ventures and Consortia) to undertake independent Third-Party Evaluation/Validation (TPE/V) of education sector development projects and programmes.
Prequalification will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and the PPRA Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010. The panel of prequalified firms will be valid for a period of three (03) years and may be invited to participate in assignment-specific Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Eligible firms should review the EOI / Prequalification Document for detailed eligibility criteria, evaluation methodology, lot-specific requirements, scope of services and application procedures. The EOI/Prequalification Document can be downloaded from PPRA e-PADS, the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and the Ministry website (www.mofept.gov.pk).
Submission instructions: Proposals must be submitted online through PPRA e-PADS, along with one (01) original hard copy in a sealed envelope addressed to the office below. Late proposals will not be entertained. EOIs received after the prescribed date and time shall not be entertained.
