Tender: Supply of Stationery, Computer Toners & Electronic Items — National Heritage & Culture Division, Islamabad

Issuer: Government of Pakistan — National Heritage & Culture Division, 4th Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Purpose: Invitation to submit sealed/electronic bids for supply of stationery, computer stationery (toners), electronic communication items and miscellaneous usable items on single-stage one-envelope basis.

Key conditions and submission details:

• Eligibility: Firms registered with Government authorities (Income Tax and Sales Tax departments) and active on AGPR.
• Procurement method: Single Stage One Envelope. Electronic Communication items and stationery samples available in General Section may be viewed before the closing date.
• Earnest Money / Bid Security: Separate Bank Draft/Pay Order/Call Deposit of Rs.50,000 for each category (A to C), in favour of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, National Heritage & Culture Division. Refundable if bid not accepted.
• Submission: Bids must be submitted through ePADS only. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
• Opening: Bids will be opened in the Committee Room in the presence of bidders/representatives. The opening time is 01:00 PM on the closing date.
• Prices must be inclusive of all taxes and effective until 30 June 2027.
• Incomplete offers, late bids, or bids from blacklisted firms will be rejected. All items must be delivered to the office by the firm/vendor at their own expense.
• In case of withdrawal after opening of tenders, the earnest money will be forfeited.
