KP Food Safety & Halal Food Authority IFB for Chemicals, Standards, Reagents & Consumables (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Food Safety & Halal Food Authority (IFB No. KPFS&HFA/IFB/PFTLCR/2026-2027/03).

Purpose: Invitation for E-Bids for the supply of various chemicals, solvents, reference standards, CRMs, reagents, kits, culture media, laboratory consumables, supporting equipment, spares, analytical gases and related items for the Provincial Food Testing Laboratory & Center for Research (PFTLCR) for FY 2026-27 under framework/ call-off/one-time purchase contracts.

Eligibility & requirements:

- Bidders (firms/companies/authorized agents & distributors) must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with FBR and for Provincial Sales Tax with KPRA.

- E-Bids to be submitted through the KP E-Procure / Acquisition and Disposal System (KP-EPADS) under Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure.

Key dates & location:

- Pre-bid meeting: 10 August 2026 at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room, Food Safety & Halal Food Authority, Ground Floor, new C&W Building, Khyber Road, Peshawar.

- Bid submission deadline (via KP-EPADS): 25 August 2026, by 01:00 PM.

- Technical bids will be opened on KP-EPADS one hour after closing at 02:00 PM on 25 August 2026 in the Conference Room of the Procuring Entity.

Bid security:

- Original bid security equal to 2% of the total offered cost must be submitted before the closing time and date. The bid security shall be in the name of Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft drawn from the account of the bidder/firm submitting the bid.

Note: All actions (document download, bid submission and opening) shall be through KP-EPADS as specified in the IFB.
