The Office of the Assistant Director Local Government & Rural Development, Harnai invites sealed percentage tenders on Composite Schedule of Rates 2026 (Govt. of Balochistan, amended to date) from interested contractors/firms for BSDI Phase-III works. Time limit for each scheme: 3 months. Tender fee: Rs. 1,500 per scheme (non-refundable) through Green Challan. Earnest money: 2% of the estimated cost. Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014.
