Bank Alfalah Announces Second Interim Cash Dividend and Book Closure

Notice: The Board of Directors has approved a second interim cash dividend and has announced book-closure / record date arrangements to determine shareholders entitled to the dividend. The announcement relates to the period ending 30 June 2026.

Entitlement and payment: Shareholders holding securities in CDC (Central Depository Company) accounts will receive the cash dividend through their CDC participant / bank accounts. Physical-share certificate holders should ensure their valid CNIC/NICOP/Passport and bank account details are submitted or updated with the Share Registrar to receive the payment. The dividend will be distributed in accordance with applicable corporate and tax regulations.
