Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites e-bids under Single Stage, One Envelope procedure for the Annual Contract for recycling of HT/LT mixed damaged winding scrap into new paper cover copper strips / new enamel copper wire of different sizes for reclamation workshops for the FY 2026-27. Bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement system (EPADS). Manual bids will not be accepted.

Key Instructions:
- Bidders must be registered on EPADS and submit bids electronically via EPADS Version 2.0 or a subsequent MEPCO-adopted EPADS version.
- Bid security / guarantee in original must be submitted in the form of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Chief Executive Officer, MEPCO. Original bid security must reach the office as specified in bidding documents.
- Tender documents, specifications and detailed terms are available on MEPCO's procurement portal/EPADS. Bids will be opened on the specified date/time in the tender notice after bid submission deadline.
