The university invites applications for multiple positions on fixed pay. Applicants must appear in the ETEA screening test; provisional appearance in the test will be allowed on the basis of credentials supplied, with final eligibility subject to detailed scrutiny by the appointing authority. Candidates who score 50% or more in the ETEA test will be eligible to submit a completed, signed application to the university along with attested supporting documents.

Required documents to be submitted with the university application include attested copies of educational certificates/degrees, CNIC, domicile, experience certificates (where applicable), one recent passport-size photograph and other relevant testimonials. Age relaxation will be allowed as per government policy on a case-by-case basis. Degrees from foreign universities must be supported by HEC equivalence certificates and non-English documents must include an English translation.

Candidates must print the e-challan/e-slip from the ETEA website and have their CNIC verified at an E-Sahulat/EasyPaisa point as required before completing the online application. The prescribed non-refundable test fee must be deposited via the approved electronic channels.

Only shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be called for demonstration/interview. The university reserves the right to withhold, increase, decrease, cancel or re-advertise the recruitment process at any stage.
