Engro Fertilizers Announces Book Closure for Second Interim Dividend 2026

Engro Fertilizers Limited has announced the book closure for entitlement to the second interim cash dividend for the year 2026. The Company has declared a second interim dividend of PKR 17.50 per ordinary share.

Book closure period: 2026-08-29 to 2026-09-30 (both days inclusive). Shareholders recorded in the Company’s Register of Members or in CDC sub-accounts during the book closure period will be eligible for the interim dividend.

Instructions for shareholders:

• CDC (electronic) shareholders should ensure their CDS accounts are credited as required by the record/book-closure date.
• Physical shareholders who need to transfer or update share holdings should submit completed transfer documents to the share registrar.
