MEPCO E-Auction for Disposal of Scrap (11kV & 132kV) — Multan — 24 Aug 2026

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites registered taxpayers/bidders to participate in an open e-auction on the EPADS 2.0 portal for disposal of unserviceable/burnt scrap material lying at the 132 kV MEPCO Warehouse, Khanewal Road, Multan on an "As Is Where Is" basis.

Tender No: PMU-36/2025-26. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS 2.0 by the closing date and time shown below. Interested bidders may inspect the material on any working day from 09:00 to 16:00 prior to participation.

Key dates and submission:

- Bid closing: 2026-08-24 at 11:00 hrs (electronic submission on EPADS 2.0).
- Bid opening: 2026-08-24 at 11:30 hrs.

How to apply and other conditions:

• Only tax-registered firms/bidders may participate through EPADS 2.0.
• Interested bidders must submit bids electronically on the EPADS portal before the closing time.
• Material is offered on an "As Is Where Is" basis; inspection recommended before bidding (09:00–16:00 on working days).
• MEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the auction process in accordance with applicable rules.
• The highest responsive bidder will be responsible for fulfillment of all terms, taxes and conditions.
