NIT/USMS/197/2026 – Construction of External Drainage & Sewerage Works | University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah

University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah invites sealed bids on a single stage one envelope procedure from reputable and experienced firms/companies for construction of external drainage and sewerage works. Procurement method: EPADS. Tender issued by Director Work & Services.

Eligibility and mandatory documents:

- Income tax returns filed for the last 3 years with documentary proof.

- Audit report / bank statement for the last 3 years showing average turnover of Rs. 80 million.

- Details of equipment, machineries and transport owned by the firm/contractor with documentary proof.

- Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category C-4 or above and specialized codes for Construction of External Drainage Works (CE-09, CE-10, CE-11, CE-12 as applicable).

- Affidavit on original stamp paper affirming that the firm has never been blacklisted, and is not involved in any litigation with any government, semi-government or autonomous body.

- List of similar projects executed in the last 5 years and at least 3 projects with cost not less than Rs. 80 million each with work orders and completion certificates.

- Valid registration with tax authorities including Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board with proof of Active Tax Payer status.

- One original set of bid documents and BOQ duly signed and stamped by the contractor must be submitted at the time of tender opening.

Terms, financial requirements and instructions:

- Bid security: Rs. 3,500,000 (Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Only) in the shape of Pay Order, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in favor of University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah.

- Tender fee: In shape of pay order/bank draft in favor of University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah.

- Bid validity period: 90 days from the date of opening of tender.

- Bids will be rejected if from blacklisted firms, unsigned/unstamped, conditional or telegraphic, received after the specified date/time, or not accompanied by required bid security.
