TransPeshawar Invitation for Bids – Rental of Underpass & Tuck Shops at Peshawar BRT Stations

Issuer: TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company). Purpose: Invitation for bids for disposal/rental of underpass and tuck shops located at Peshawar BRT bus stations on a lease basis under Single-Stage One-Envelope bidding procedure.

Eligibility: Pakistani nationals with valid CNIC, sole proprietors, firms, or companies with valid registration are eligible to participate. Assets are offered on an "as is where is" basis.

Inspection & Visit: Prospective bidders may visit and inspect the shops at BRT Peshawar bus stations in liaison with the TransPeshawar office from publication date until one day prior to the bid submission deadline, 0900–1700 hrs (Monday–Friday).

Bid Document & Submission: Bid Solicitation Documents, including details of shops, location, dimensions, covered area and reserve price, are available from TransPeshawar and from the website. Bids must be submitted in the prescribed manner.

Bid Security: Earnest money of 25% of the annual rent must be submitted in the shape of CDR/DD from any scheduled bank of Pakistan along with the bid.

Deadlines & Opening: Bids must be delivered to the undersigned by 11:30 AM (PST) on 2025-09-01. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
