CDA Invitation for Bids — Special/Hiring Lighting Arrangements for Religious/VIP Events in Islamabad (2026-27)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (Procurement & Contract Agreement-I). Electronic bids are invited through the EPAD e-procurement system under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure from contractors/firms enlisted with EPAD and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license (appropriate category & codes), Electrical License issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad, and NTN & GST registration with FBR.

Key instructions and notes:

- Bid documents, bidding data, terms & conditions, BOQ and technical specifications are available on the EPAD system and from the office of the Director (Procurement & Contract Agreement-I).

- Bid security / earnest money must be submitted in the shape of a Pay Order (Call Deposit Receipt) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Deputy Director, Street Light Division-II, CDA. The Pay Order should be generated from the firm's account and submitted to the office located at Shop No.01, Bazar No.08, Street No.57, Sector G-6/4, Islamabad (Street Light Division-II) before closing hours on 2026-08-21 as indicated.

- Bids must be uploaded/submitted through the EPAD system only. Detailed terms regarding technical and financial bids, evaluation criteria and other conditions are in the bidding documents.
