Bank of Khyber — Request for Quotations for Civil, Renovation & Allied Works at Multiple Branches (Submission by 2020-08-07)

Issuer: Bank of Khyber, Head Procurement Division, Head Office, BOK Tower, 24-The Mall, Peshawar Cantt.

Purpose: Invitation for quotations/offers from eligible, experienced and technically qualified PEC-registered engineering firms for execution of civil, renovation and allied works at specified Bank branches under negotiated tendering due to urgency, in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Scope: Civil/renovation works including partitioning, flooring, false ceiling, electrical works and other allied works in accordance with the approved BOQs, drawings and technical specifications.

Eligibility & Mandatory Documents:

• PEC-registered Engineering Firm (specified category mandatory).
• Valid NTN/GST and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) registration where applicable.
• Relevant experience in similar civil/renovation works, preferably for banks or government offices.

Bid Security & Performance Guarantee:

• Bid security of 2% of the quoted amount in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of Bank of Khyber.
• Performance security of 10% of contract value to be provided by the successful firm upon award.

Procurement Procedure & Submission:

• Single-stage, single-envelope procedure. Sealed quotations/envelopes must be delivered physically to the Procurement Division, Head Office, Bank of Khyber.
• Procurement documents, BOQs and terms may be obtained from the Procurement Division at Head Office during office hours or downloaded from the Bank's website (www.bok.com.pk).
• The Bank reserves the right to verify credentials, accept/reject any or all bids, and recover damages for delay or non-performance as per contract terms.
