Tender: ICT Equipment for Pediatric Emergency Units — Health Department, Government of Balochistan

Issuer: Health Department, Government of Balochistan (Health Sector Reform & Management Unit / PMU).

Purpose: Procurement of ICT equipment (networking, surveillance, devices and office equipment) for Pediatric Emergency Units (PEUs) at selected teaching hospitals. E-procurement through the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Eligibility & key conditions: Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Must possess valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate and not be blacklisted. Minimum experience and financial requirements include completion of at least two (02) similar assignments in the past three (03) years and a cumulative turnover requirement (specified in bidding documents). Detailed eligibility, technical and financial criteria are provided in the bidding documents.

Procurement notes: Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Registration on the Balochistan e-Procurement / BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) is mandatory for all bidders.

Submission method & documents: Tender documents and e-submission via the BPPRA / provincial e-Procurement portal. Bidders must submit bids electronically as per instructions in the bidding documents. Hard copies are not accepted unless specified.
