Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) invites applications for the post of Unit Head Settlement (AVP-I/AVP). This senior position requires proven experience in handling litigation, recovery and settlement matters, and providing legal support to banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely handling of litigation matters, particularly criminal cases relating to FIA, NAB, etc.; supervise recovery and settlement matters, provide court representation and ongoing legal support to business and recovery functions; liaise with local administration and law enforcement agencies; ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards related to infected portfolios; collaborate with Risk Management, IT, Legal, Business and Operations teams; identify and propose process improvements, automation and efficiency measures; and perform other tasks assigned by management.
