Issuer: Military Engineering Services (GE (A) Abbottabad). Tender Notice No. 01 inviting applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tender documents for civil works and supply contracts in the Abbottabad area (Atd, Shinklari & Havelian).
Scope (as stated): seepage/roof treatment; construction/repair/renovation/maintenance of residential and non-residential works; re-carpeting of roads; external services of certain facilities at Atd, Shinklari & Havelian; and supply of bazar material (ESM & B&R) including provision of stores of RTES and related TC/DC for AOR GE (A) Abbottabad. Estimated costs are at par with costs shown on the tender documents.

Submission details: Tenders must be received by the accepting officer by 11:30 hours on 2026-08-20. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 hours on the same day. Contractors may be present at the time of opening.
Other conditions: Tender documents will only be issued to firms that pass scrutiny and demonstrate sufficient relevant experience. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules.
