Eligibility and requirements: Presence on the Active Tax Payer List; the bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required. The bidder must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least 6,988,800 PKR in the previous three subsequent years to show financial capacity.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage One Envelope. Bid security must be submitted as a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned for the amount specified above. Tender documents (PKR 1,000) are available from the issuing office from date of publication until 17 August 2026 during office hours.
