Tender: Hiring of Firm for Human Resource & Security Services — Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Punjab

Issuer: Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab. Purpose: Hiring of firm(s) for provision of human resource and security services on an as-and-when-required basis through Punjab E‑Procurement System (PPS).

Eligible bidders: Well‑reputed national/local companies, firms, contractors, firms with in‑house HR/workforce service capability registered on the Punjab E‑Procurement System and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint ventures/consortia are not allowed.

Key procurement information: Bid validity 120 days. Single stage, two‑envelope procedure will be adopted as per Rule 38 of the Punjab PPRA Rules, 2014 (amended). Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab E‑Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Partial or conditional bids that do not meet the technical/financial requirements may be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
