• Electronic bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/; manual/physical submission of bids will not be accepted.

• Original hard copy of the bid security must reach the Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela office on or before the bid closing/submission time. Insurance guarantees will not be accepted.
