Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) – Civil Construction Division (GSC) invites electronic bids through the E-PADS portal under a Single Stage One Envelope tendering procedure for multiple civil construction and development works across Lahore (Tender Notice No. 01 (2026-27)).
