Government of Balochistan, Planning & Development Department (PP&H) invites applications for the position of Project Director for the PSPD-funded scheme "Improvement & Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town (Phase I & II)" on a contract basis.

| Minimum Qualifications | At least 16 years of education with specialization in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution (e.g., BE/BScEng with PEC registration; Project Management; MBA/MPA; Master's or 4-year BS in Economics or related discipline). |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management, implementation and above, including experience in infrastructure development, planning, procurement and management. Relevant experience in development projects across public and private sectors and familiarity with district/tehsil-level institutional arrangements preferred. |
| Age Limit | Minimum 40 years; Maximum 62 years (as on date of appointment) |
| Selection | Selection will be carried out in accordance with the Project Director Appointment Policy notified by the Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan. Only shortlisted candidates will be called. Department reserves the right to accept/reject/cancel any application or whole recruitment process. |
| Application Requirements | Submit CV with attested copies of educational and experience certificates, CNIC and recent photograph. Applications may be submitted electronically and hard copy to the PP&H Section, Planning & Development Department (Room No. 05, Basement). |
| Other | No TA/DA will be admissible. |
