Tender: Construction of Weir Structures & Embankments (Bohar Wah & Qaisar Wah) – BWSIP, Sibi District

Project Director, Balochistan Water Security and Productivity Improvement Project (BWSIP) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for construction works under the World Bank-financed BWSIP. Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement (NCP) using the Request for Bids (RFB) method in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations.

Key procurement details:

- Bidding documents are available in English and may be downloaded free from the Project website or purchased from the Office of the Project Director upon payment of the specified non-refundable fee.

- A pre-bid conference will be held at the office of the Project Director, BWSIP (PIU) at the Balochistan Irrigation Department, PIU office, Samungli Road, Jinnah Town, Quetta on 18 August 2026. Interested bidders who wish to attend must request an invitation in advance as instructed by the procuring entity.

- Bids must be delivered to the Office of the Project Director, Balochistan Water Security and Productivity Improvement Project (Component A), A-11/71-A1, Jinnah Town, Samungli Road, Quetta, on or before 11:30 hours on 2026-09-03. Bids will be publicly opened at that time in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

- Bids shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the required bid security (amount specified in the bidding documents).
