ISMO Invitation for e-Bids — Legal Consultancy Services (Corporate & Regulatory; Contracts & Dispute Resolution)

Issuer: Independent System & Market Operator (ISMO) Limited (Procurement Department).

ISMO invites e-bids via PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal for the hiring of legal consultancy services. Bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS and submit bids electronically through EPADS.

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2004 and applicable regulatory guidance. Prospective bidders may request clarifications on any aspect of the Bidding Documents by 2026-08-18.

Submission and opening:

• Bid submission deadline (electronic via EPADS): 2026-08-27 by 11:00 Hrs.
• Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:30 Hrs in the Committee Room, ISMO Building, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, opening will occur on the next working day.
