Tender: Hiring Firm for Human Resource & Security Services — Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Punjab

Issuer: Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab. Proposals are invited for hiring a firm to provide human resources and security services on an as-and-when-required basis.

Scope: Provision of manpower including drivers, smog truck and mobile workshop staff, smog cannon operators, smog cannon plant operators, mobile workshop mechanics, smog cannon technicians, monitoring officers and supervising staff.

Key submission details: Bids must be submitted in sealed e-bid format through the Punjab e-Procurement System as per the tender document. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount is required. Firms must be registered and eligible under applicable rules and registered with relevant authorities. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
