Gwadar Development Authority Tender: Construction of Underground Tanks & Pumping Machinery in Gwadar (PKR 19.9M)

Issuer: Gwadar Development Authority (Office of the Executive Engineer, Water-I). Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure.

Eligibility & requirements:

- Presence in Active Tax Payer List.
- The bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required.
- Bidder must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature.
- Minimum turnover of PKR 13,932,860 in previous years showing financial capacity of the firm.
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 and above (up to PKR 25 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE-10 (General Civil Engineering Works).

Bid security must accompany the bid as a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call equal to 2% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
