Tender for Procurement of Hardware for National Artificial Intelligence (AI) Advancement Initiative (NAAI)

Issuer: NAAI - Project Implementation Unit, National Artificial Intelligence (AI) Advancement Initiative (NAAI), Ministry of Information Technology & Telecom.

Purpose: Sealed bids are invited for procurement of hardware for the NAAI project. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bids must be submitted through ePADS 2.0 and original bids with original bid securities must also be submitted in hard form to the Ministry of IT & Telecom.

• Complete bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the PPRA website.
• Bids must be submitted online through ePADS 2.0; original bids and original bid securities must also be delivered in hard form to the Ministry of IT & Telecom (address below).
• Bids without signed and stamped bidding documents shall not be entertained. Bids not submitted via ePADS 2.0 will not be considered. Late bids will not be entertained.
• A pre-bid meeting is indicated in the document (see original notice for the stated date/time).
