Issuer: Office of the Medical Superintendent, Shaheed Uzair Mehmood THQ Hospital, Jand, District Attock (Health & Population Department). Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized sales & service dealers for framework contracts and supply of items for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab E-Procurement system under applicable rules.
Key instructions: Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement portal. All bids must be submitted via the Punjab E-Procurement system. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each package. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives on the closing date at 11:30 AM (see table).
