Aror University Sukkur Invites Tenders for Boundary Wall, Furniture Supply & Student Facilitation Center – Submit by 2026-08-19

Issuer: Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, RCW Rohri Bypass, Sukkur, Sindh. Aror University invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the following works, goods and services. Bidding will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure (separate Technical & Financial bids). Bidding documents and submission shall be made through EPADS as per the schedule below. Bidders must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria in the bidding documents.

How to Apply: Download bidding documents and submit bids online via the EPADS portal. EPADS web addresses and the university website are provided in the bidding documents. Processing fee and bid security (separate, non-refundable where applicable) must be submitted as required; separate bid, along with separate bid security and processing fees, shall be submitted for each package.

Important Conditions and Eligibility: Compliance with all eligibility and qualification criteria as detailed in the bidding documents is mandatory. Bids not complying with the specified terms will be rejected. Examples of causes for rejection include:

- Technical bid not accompanied by bid security and non-refundable tender processing fee. - Bid received without signature and stamp. - Bid submitted other than online on SPPRA EPADS portal. - Bid submitted without required documents as per technical criteria.
