Key requirements and instructions:
- Firms must be G.S.T. registered and submit samples/brochures/specifications as applicable.
- Prices should be quoted FOR and include GST, Income Tax, Custom duty and other applicable taxes. Supplies to be completed during current financial year 2026-27.
- A 5% earnest money of the total bid amount in the form of pay order/bank draft must be enclosed with the bid in favour of Director General Pakistan Coast Guards; bids without earnest money will not be considered.
- Tender documents and detailed store lists are available from Headquarters Pakistan Coast Guards, Kiyani Shaheed Road, Saddar, Karachi-3 on any working day between 0900 and 1500 hrs.
- Tender rates will be considered valid until 30 June 2027.
- Pakistan Coast Guards reserve the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. The tender notice is also available at the PPRA website: www.ppra.org.pk.
