Invitation for Bids – Construction of Weir Structures & Embankments (Balochistan Water Security Project)

Project Director, Balochistan Water Security and Productivity Improvement Project (BWSPIP), funded by IDA (World Bank Credit No.: IDA7790-PAK), invites sealed bids from eligible bidders under National Competitive Procurement (NCP) using Request for Bids (RFB) for civil, electrical and mechanical construction works as described below.

Key procurement information:

- Bidding documents (in English) may be obtained from the Office of the Project Director. Bidders may purchase documents upon payment of the specified fee. Documents may be requested or dispatched by courier (charges borne by the bidder).

- A pre-bid meeting will be held; parties wishing to attend online must request an invitation by email to [email protected] before the Pre-Bid meeting.

- Bid validity: 90 days from bid opening.

- Bid security: bidders must submit the required bid security with their bids (as stated in the bidding documents); bids not accompanied by proper bid security will be rejected. (Amount as per bidding documents.)

- Bids must be delivered to the Office of the Project Director at the address below by 11:30 hours on 2026-09-03, after which bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
