Issuer: Director General, Pakistan Coast Guards (Major for Director General: Abdullah Rashid). Key instructions and conditions:
- Firms must submit PRC, Income Tax, GST registration and other applicable documents. All applicable taxes, customs duty and other charges will be borne by the supplier and supplies must be completed during FY 2026-27.
- Earnest money of 5% of the quoted amount in shape of pay order/bank draft in favour of Director General Pakistan Coast Guards must be enclosed with the bid; bids without earnest money will not be considered.
- Bidding documents and detailed terms/conditions can be obtained from Headquarters Pakistan Coast Guards, Kiyani Shaheed Road, Saddar, Karachi-3 on any working day between 0900 and 1500 hrs.
- Rates quoted will be considered and valid up to 30 June 2027.
- Pakistan Coast Guards reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA rules. The tender notice is also available on the PPRA website: www.ppra.org.pk.
