Tender Notice: Uplifting/Beautification Works in Tehsils of District Mardan (e-Bidding via ePDAs)

Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil (HOK), District Mardan invites sealed e-bids (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure) through the ePDAs portal for uplift/beautification works in various tehsils of District Mardan. Contractors must be enlisted with C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year and comply with eligibility requirements listed below. Bids shall be submitted online through ePDAs.

Key eligibility & submission requirements

- Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category (where applicable).
- Registered with FBR and possessing an active NTN; on Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
- Financial and technical documents as required in the bidding documents (audited accounts/financial capacity, company profile, experience certificates, list of completed works, key personnel, registration certificates, etc.).
- Bid security as specified for each package must be provided.
- Pre-bid meeting: Office of Assistant Director (Senior) Mardan on 2016-08-21 at 11:00 AM.
- Online submission and opening as per the schedule in the table below.
