NGC Tender RFP-TL-04-2026: Consultancy for Construction Supervision of 220 kV D/C Transmission Line (Mohmand Dam HPP – Sheikh Muhammadi S/S)

Issuer: National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC). Procurement of Consultancy Services for construction supervision and allied activities including verification of contractor's invoices and testing & commissioning of 220 kV D/C twin bundle transmission line.

Scope: Construction supervision and allied activities for the transmission line sections listed below.

Tender No.: RFP-TL-04-2026. Procurement method: National Competitive Bidding (NCB) through Single Stage Two Envelope (SS2E) Procedure. Eligible firms/bidders are invited to submit sealed proposals.

RFP documents and detailed terms and conditions are available on the NGC website (www.ntdc.com.pk) and via e-PADS. Proposals must be prepared as per the RFP and submitted through e-PADS only.

Submission deadline: Proposals must be submitted through e-PADS on or before 2026-08-20 at 11:00 AM PST. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST.
