Tender: Construction of PCC Street at Kachozai, District Bannu — EPADs Single-Stage (28 Aug 2026)

Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, Headquarters District Bannu invites sealed bids through the EPADs single-stage single-envelope procedure from government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy, Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

How to Apply / Submit Bids:

- Download bidding documents from the official EPADs website (eprocure.gkp.pk) after the NIT is published on the KPRA website.

- Original bid securities (CDRs) and any required detailed rate analysis must be delivered by courier to the Office of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD, Tehsil H.Q., Bannu, before the bid closing time.

- Bid securities may also be submitted as a call deposit in favor of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, Headquarters Tehsil Bannu.

Important Conditions & Eligibility:

- Contractors must be registered with PEC and have relevant Pakistan Engineering Council codes.

- Cutting or overwriting in the bid documents will render the submission non-responsive. Any mismatch among submitted documents through EPADs may lead to disqualification.

- The last date/time for online clarifications is 2026-08-21 up to 05:00 PM.

- Bid security must be prepared after publication of the NIT and before the bid closing time. In case of a tie between responsive bidders, the contract may be decided by draw (free toss).
