Issuer: Power Planning and Monitoring Company (PPMC). PPMC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of service providers in the following categories. Applicants may apply for one or both categories; each category will be evaluated separately against the EOI eligibility and technical criteria.

How to apply: Submit sealed applications to the office of Team Lead (Admn), PPMC, Islamabad. Deadline for submission is 2026-08-18 at 11:00 am. Applications received after the prescribed deadline will not be considered. Applications will be opened the same day at 11:30 am at the PPMC office, Office No. 112, First Floor, Evacuee Trust Complex, Agha Khan Road, F-5/1, Islamabad.
Bid security: The original bid security instrument (pay order, demand draft, or call deposit) amounting to Rs. 50,000/- in favour of Power Planning & Monitoring Company must be submitted to the PPMC office before the bid closing time.
Documents & clarifications: The EOI document is available on the PPRA website (https://ppra.org.pk) and the PPMC website (www.ppmc.gov.pk). A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-10 at 11:00 am.
