Key instructions:
- Prices must be FOR and include GST, Income Tax, Customs duty and all applicable taxes. Supplies must be completed during the current financial year 2026-27.
- A 5% earnest money (in the shape of pay order/bank draft) must be enclosed with the bid in favor of Director General Pakistan Coast Guards; bids without earnest money will not be considered.
- Bidding documents with detailed specifications can be obtained from Headquarters Pakistan Coast Guards, Kiyani Shaheed Road, Saddar, Karachi-3 on any working day between 09:00 and 15:00 hrs.
- Tender rates will be considered and remain valid until 2027-06-30.
- Qualification/disqualification and procurement procedures will follow PPRA Rules 2004. Pakistan Coast Guards reserves the right to reject any or all bids per PPRA Rules. Tender notice also available at www.ppra.org.pk.
