PKHA e-PAD Tenders: Road & Bridge Construction Works in Dir Lower, Upper Dir & Peshawar

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Peshawar invites electronic bids (Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure) from eligible contractors/firms registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and enlisted with C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) on Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bidding documents (including BOQ, Engineer’s Estimate and Instructions to Bidders) are available on the PKHA website and via the e-PAD system and may be downloaded for bidding purposes.

Key submission details:

- Submission method: Online through the e-PAD system (electronic submission mandatory). Hard copies of bidding documents shall be submitted to the office of Deputy Director (Procurement), Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority, Attached Departments Complex, Gate No. 5, Khyber Road, Peshawar on or before the closing date and time.

- Technical bids will be opened at 12:30 hours on the same day of closing. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened after technical evaluation and approval by the competent authority.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (plus any Additional Bid Security, if applicable) to be submitted as specified. Non-refundable Tender Entry Fee: 0.03% of the estimate cost for each tender in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Affidavit and other required documents must be provided as per the bidding documents.
