Regional Officer, Crime Control Department, Rawalpindi Region invites sealed bids for framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelope) via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Key details: Bids must be submitted online via Punjab e-Procurement (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents are available on PPRA (https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the e-Procurement portal. Bids must include company profile, NTN, valid Sales Tax/Income Tax certificates, Professional Tax, and PRA registration certificate. All quoted rates must be inclusive of all government taxes and valid until 2027-06-30. A bid security of 3% of the estimated cost (as shown below) must be submitted through PSID in e-procurement. Technical bids will be opened online on the published date in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPR Rules-2014.
