Tender: Procurement of Stationery Items — Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi

Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), The Mall, Rawalpindi invites e-bids for procurement of stationery items. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.) and be an active taxpayer. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and remain valid for 30 days. GST should be indicated separately where applicable. The University may accept or reject any or all e-bids/proposals. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) website.

Submission & Bid Security

- E-Bids to be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).
- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required in favor of Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. Bids without the required earnest money will be rejected.
- Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed as per e-procurement rules. Bid security must be submitted/transferred online as per the e-Procurement System procedure in collaboration with Bank of Punjab.

- Complete e-bidding documents and procedure available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the University website. Bidders should ensure timely uploading of bids on the e-Portal and are responsible for on-time submission.
