Senior Superintendent of Police, Special Branch Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for the financial year 2026-27. Key conditions and submission details:
- Tender documents can be obtained from the office of SSP, Special Branch Rawalpindi on written request on the firm’s letterhead during office hours. Tender document cost: Rs. 3,000 each.
- Bidders must submit bids in a single sealed package containing two separate envelopes (technical & financial proposals) on the firm’s letterhead.
- Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost must be provided as specified. Bidders will follow Punjab e-procurement procedures and submit bids through the Punjab e-procurement system where applicable; bid guarantees may be processed through the Scheduled Bank/PSID as required.
- Tender opening (in presence of bidders or their representatives) will be held on Monday 17.08.2025 at 12:00 hours as noted in conditions.
- Offers/tenders should be submitted to the office of SSP, Special Branch Rawalpindi by the stated closing date/time.
- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
