Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Lahore (issued by Superintendent Engineer, Buildings Circle No. 1, Lahore) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms/contractors through e-tendering (Notification No. SO8(CW&I)/3-41/3 dated 22-05-2024). Eligible firms must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence renewed for the year 2026-27. Key instructions and requirements:

- Eligible applicants must submit supporting evidence of registration, PEC licence (renewed for 2026-27) and other required documents online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only pre-qualified contractors will be eligible to participate in subsequent tendering for the listed works.
- Deadline for online submission: 2026-08-18 up to 11:00 AM. Technical proposals / pre-qualification documents will be opened on 2026-08-18 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Project Director / relevant Tender Opening Committee.
