The Director General, Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed competitive bids for disposal of approximately 20,800 metric tons of sealed wheat stock lying in rice mills, grain merchants' warehouses and private godowns in District Usta Muhammad. The stock is offered on an "As-Is, Where-Is" basis and was sealed during an anti-hoarding campaign.

| Inspection | Interested bidders may inspect the sealed wheat stock at the respective locations in District Usta Muhammad during office hours before submission of bids. No claim regarding quality, moisture or quantity will be entertained after bid submission. |
| Bid Security | Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 20,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Draft in favour of the Director General, Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan. |
| Benchmark Reserve Price | Rs. 3,500 per 40 kg (as per Federal Government) |
| Weighment & Delivery | Wheat will be released on 100% actual weighment. Payment will be made on the basis of actual weight determined at delivery. Delivery will be supervised by the Authorized Release Committee in the presence of purchaser's representative. Loading, transportation and incidental expenses to be borne by purchaser. |
| Payment Terms | Successful bidder to make payment on spot to the owner before lifting of wheat stock. |
| Right of Acceptance | The Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids wholly or partly without assigning reason and in accordance with applicable procurement laws and government policy. |
| Submission & Opening of Bids | Bids to be submitted on 2026-08-13 at 09:00 AM; bids will be opened on the same date. |
