HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids – Rehabilitation & Reconstruction of Boundary Walls at 132kV Grid Stations (NCB No. 01-02/2026-27)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids from contractors registered with PPRA EPADs and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for rehabilitation and reconstruction works at two 132kV grid stations. Bids will be received and opened online in accordance with HAZECO procurement rules and PPRA regulations.

Key eligibility & requirements: Bidders must be registered with PPRA (including EPADs) and have valid PEC registration for 2026-27 in the required category/code. Bidders shall be natural persons, private entities or government-owned enterprises that are active taxpayers (FBR/KPRA/Sales Tax as applicable). The bidder must have successfully completed at least two civil contracts of similar nature and scope within the last five years. Joint ventures are excluded. Financial statements and audited records for the last three years may be requested.

Bid security & submission: Bidders shall submit a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan (original sealed copy). Bidders quoting more than 10% below the engineer's estimate must also submit an additional 2% bid security. E-bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope method. Incomplete or late bids will be rejected.
