Public Auction: Parking & Canteen/Cafeteria/Tuck-Shops — Punjab Institute of Mental Health, Lahore (Auction 2026-04-08)

Punjab Institute of Mental Health (PIMH), Lahore invites registered individuals, firms or companies to participate in an e-Auction for leasing parking and canteen/cafeteria/tuck-shop spaces for one year. Registration and eligibility documents must be submitted through the e-Auction portal; interested parties must register on the portal prior to the auction.

Auction date & time: 2026-04-08 (Wednesday), 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (e-Auction).

Key deadlines and requirements:

- Last date for uploading eligibility status by the institution: 2026-03-02.

- Last date for submission of grievances: 2026-03-09; grievance redressal by: 2026-03-16.

- Last date for submission of CDR / earnest money instrument in original: 2026-04-01.

- Earnest money: 10% of the reserve price to be furnished in the shape of Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank Cheque issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in the name of the Executive Director, Punjab Institute of Mental Health, Lahore (original to be submitted as required).

Successful applicant for the parking lot will be responsible for providing parking services for all vehicle types entering PIMH (motorcycles, cars, rickshaws, pickups, trucks, Mazda, etc.) and ensuring systematic flow, safety and security of vehicles.

All participants must register on the e-Auction portal and follow the portal’s instructions to submit bids. The Institute’s published schedule and auction rules will apply.
