The Court of Muhammad Amin Shahzad SB, Senior Civil Judge, Civil Division, D.G. Khan has issued a service-by-publication notice in a suit for a succession certificate. Service by ordinary means could not be effected on the defendants/respondents.
All defendants/respondents, including Shahzad Zareef s/o M Zareef where named, are directed to appear in person or through counsel before the court on 2026-07-28 at 8:00 AM at the Civil Division, D.G. Khan. Failing appearance, the court will proceed ex parte.
