The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Improving Workforce Readiness Project in Punjab (IWRPP), Skills Development & Entrepreneurship Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications for a project-based position (PPS-8). The position is funded under an Asian Development Bank (ADB) supported project and is offered on a contract basis.

| Qualification | Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field. Preferably a master’s in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management or equivalent. |
| Experience | Preferably 10 years of relevant professional experience in managing projects in lead positions and experience in contract management. Excellent written and spoken English and relevant experience in the Punjab region preferred. Preference to candidates with experience on foreign-funded projects, overseas experience, or experience with international organizations and government institutions. |
| Age Limit | Up to 55 years |
