Tender: Construction of Pile-Foundation Bridge near Panjaran – Highways Division Sialkot

Punjab Highways Department (Highways Division Sialkot / Highways Circle Gujranwala) invites e-tenders from registered Engineering Firms / Contractors for the following scheme. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category with specialization code CE02 and hold a valid PEC renewal license for Financial Year 2025-26. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and submit bids through the e-tendering system.

Eligibility & Bid Conditions: Firms must be PEC-registered with specialization code CE02 and valid renewal license for FY 2025-26. Bidders are required to be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (Punjab PPRA) and must upload required documents including PEC license. Earnest money (bid security) must be furnished (CDR / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee as acceptable). Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount must be submitted within 15 days of issuance of letter of acceptance in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Pay Order, Cashier's Cheque or Bank Guarantee valid for 3 months beyond the completion period.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement / PPRA e-tendering system. Technical proposals and required financial securities must be uploaded as per PPRA rules. The last date/time for online submission is 2026-06-11 at 12:30 PM; bids will be opened on 2026-06-11 at 1:00 PM.
