Eligibility: Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. For technical registration the notice specifies PEC category C6 and above where stated. National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents — in the form of a bank guarantee, bid security form, deposit at call, or a guarantee from a foreign bank counter-guaranteed by a scheduled bank of Pakistan, or from an insurance company with at least AA rating (PACRA/JCR), in favour of the Employer.
Documents & Submission: Bidding documents, specifications, instructions and terms & conditions are available for download from the NDMA website (www.ndma.gov.pk). Bids must reach the undersigned before 1100 hours on 2026-03-13 and will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at NDMA, HQ, Islamabad.
