Tender: Procurement of Medical & Lab Equipment, Furniture and IT Hardware — Nishtar Medical University & Hospital Multan

Issuer: Vice Chancellor, Nishtar Medical University & Hospital, Multan. Invitation to bid for procurement of items under the ADP scheme titled "Construction of building Cancer Center" at Nishtar Hospital, Multan.

Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) using Single Stage–Two Envelope (SSTB) procedure and will be executed through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Tender documents (English) are available free of cost on the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online.

Submission & opening: All bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement portal by 2026-08-26 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date after half an hour (11:30 AM) in accordance with PPRA rules.

Bid security: All bids must be accompanied with 2% bid security of the estimated cost of the quoted items, to be submitted/paid online as prescribed under PPRA rules, regulations and directions.

How to apply: Download tender documents from PPRA and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and submit technical and financial bids separately (as per tender documents). The procuring agency advises bidders to upload bids well before the submission deadline; the procuring agency will not be responsible for portal issues.

Other: If the submission/opening day is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the submission/opening day.
